Refund & Cancellation

1. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns/refunds in accordance with their Invoiced Consumer Terms.
2. Digital Product Delivery
Argument AI services are digital products delivered immediately via cloud access upon successful payment. By completing your purchase, you authorize immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is made available to you.
3. Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future recurring charges. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
4. Refund Eligibility
As per the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided for partially used billing periods or minute balances. However, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase in the following circumstances:
- The service is proven to be non-functional as described.
- Duplicate charges occurred due to technical errors.
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification).
5. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. For EU/UK based consumers, the 14-day withdrawal period applies only until you begin using the service or the digital content is delivered.
