2. Description of the Service

Argument AI provides AI-powered interview assistance, transcription, and feedback services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices are clearly listed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
  • Service Delivery: Access to professional features and minute balances is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
  • Taxes: Prices may be subject to VAT or other taxes depending on your location, which Paddle will calculate at checkout.

5. Use of AI Technology

The Service utilizes advanced AI (including GPT models) to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the correctness or appropriateness of AI-generated content for specific situations. Use of the Service during live interviews or exams is at the user's own risk.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not: (a) reverse engineer the Service; (b) use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or (d) use automated systems (bots) to scrape the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Argument AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States (or the jurisdiction of company registration), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
